Ema Tanovic has paper on willingness to wait in uncertainty accepted

Ema Tanovic, a fourth-year graduate student in the ARC Lab, had a paper on willingness to wait in states of uncertainty accepted by the Journal of Experimental Psychopathology. Her work, done in collaboration with Jutta Joormann and Greg Hajcak, shows that individuals higher in traits associated with anxiety and impulsivity are less willing to wait in uncertain situations. Instead, they are more likely to endure a cost to avoid protracted uncertainty. Congratulations, Ema!
